How to Participate

1. Capture a photo or a video of how you and your family reduce food wastage at home.
2. Write a caption describing your photo/video
3. Include 2 hashtags in the caption: #cleanplatechallenge2019 and #cleanplatecampaign
4. Tag @foodfromtheheartsg in the post
5. Upload the photo/video on Instagram

Remember to set your profile to public so that we can view your entries!

Entries will be judged based on

• Content
• Creativity
• Level of influence
• Family involvement

The winner of the challenge will win a Fujifilm Instax Hybrid Mini LiPlay worth $249, complete with two packs of film. The winning school will also receive an award of recognition.

Contest period: 22 July – 15 October 2019

Contest results will be released on 30 October 2019, 1200hrs.

   *Participants may post multiple posts
   **All pictures/videos have to be submitted via the participant’s public Instagram profile so that the judges will be able to view the entries

4. Judging Criteria
   All entries will be graded based on creativity, level of influence, family involvement and content.  FFTH reserves the right to disqualify and remove submissions of inappropriate content.
   
   
5. Announcement of Results
   Results will be announced on Food from the Heart’s Instagram, Facebook and website on 30 Oct 2019 @ 1200hrs.
   
   
6. Prizes
   Winning entries will win a Fujifilm Instax Hybrid Mini LiPlay (including 2 packs of film).
   
   
7. Right To Use Submitted Photos/Videos
   FFTH shall have the right to use all entries as it deems fit in any print or electronic publications including but not limited to FFTH’s inhouse platforms.
   
   
8. Rights
   FFTH reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice and its decision is final.
