Toy Buffet

About Toy Buffet

Toy Buffet is one of Food from the Heart’s annual signature events. This one-day carnival treats about 3,000 underprivileged children to a day of fun games,  yummy food, and most importantly, toys they can choose and bring home with!

Initiated in 2004, Toy Buffet runs on the donation of new and preloved toys, which enables us to pool together a vast selection of toys - close to 10,000 in 2023! - gift-wrapped, for the children to choose. The purpose of the event is to deliver a message of hope and love. Toys spark creativity, and more importantly, they are made for play - something every child loves to do! With the Toy Buffet, Food from the Heart seeks to show underprivileged children that they too are special.

Last year, after a hiatus of three years due to the pandemic, we were so thrilled to bring the highly-anticipated event back! Held on November 10, at Singapore Polytechnic, close to 10,000 toys were distributed. Remaining toys were later shared with children under the care of welfare homes who were unable to attend. We are grateful to the overwhelming support to help bring smiles to the children. Click here to find out more.

Join us to bring smiles to 3,000 children! We are appealing for:

I don't always get toys, so I'm very happy to be here because I get to choose what I want,
